We accept cash, credit & debit cards and company checks.
●RETURNS/EXCHANGES/WARRANTIES
We will be happy to assist you with eligible returns as long as the product is unused and not damaged within 30 days of purchase. Original receipt required. Unused products must be in the original box.
Buyer is responsible for all shipping fees for returns or warranty item.

*Ultimate Label-40 months
*Gold Label-36 months
*Deka label -12 months
*Reconditioned Batteries have a 90 Day warranty
Note: Warranties may take up to 14 Days for full refund.

Starter Alternator warranty policy outlines the terms and conditions of the warranty coverage provided with your purchase.
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship of the Starter Alternator for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.
During the warranty period, we will repair or replace, at our discretion, any defective Starter Alternator, free of charge.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by:
Improper installation or maintenance.
Accident, misuse, or negligence.
Modification or alteration of the Starter Alternator.
Use of the product for purposes other than its intended use.
To initiate a warranty claim, contact our customer service department at macombbattery@gmail.com/ visit our shop.
Provide proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) along with a detailed description of the issue.
We may request additional information or documentation to assess the warranty claim.
If a defect is confirmed and falls within the warranty coverage, we will repair or replace the defective Starter Alternator at no cost to the customer.
In cases where an identical replacement is not available, we reserve the right to provide an equivalent product of equal or higher value.
Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the defective Starter Alternator to our designated service center.
We will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replaced product back to the customer.
Our liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective Starter Alternator as outlined in this policy.
We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
